
Donald Rickard is the Founder and President of Goal Line Strategies, a Republican Consulting Firm that specializes in General Consulting. During the 2022 and 2024 cycles he served as a Regional Political Director at the National Republican Congressional Committee helping Republicans flip control of the House of Representatives and then against all predictions holding the House in 2024. During his time at the NRCC, Donald oversaw 19 states and flipped seats in Colorado, Iowa, and Michigan.

In 2020, Donald managed Congresswoman Beth Van Duyne’s campaign in her first race for Congress, holding an open seat that Joe Biden won by over 5%. In 2018 and 2019, Donald served as the Deputy Political Director for the Republican State Leadership Committee, overseeing independent expenditure operations and spending for state-level races in 31 states.
Prior to that, he served as a National Political and Communications consultant in The Bahamas, managed two of the most expensive Virginia Delegates races to date, and served as Ted Cruz’s winning Iowa Caucus Director. He has managed races in South Carolina, Virginia, New Jersey, Tennessee and Texas. He currently resides in Washington DC with his fiancé, Anna.
